Message from Agnes
I am passionate about the beauty and the uniqueness of my mother tongue. Through my work I am able to share it with everyone I am in contact with. I sincerely believe that through mutually respectful communication we can build bridges between cultures and people. My goal is to make it easy, transparent, and continuous. It would be impossible to satisfy such a high-reaching goal all by myself. Behind me are valued customers and many professional collaborators:
- Experts of certain areas (such as legal and medical)
- Translators (of poetry, literature, scientific studies, and of other languages)
- Conference interpreting partners
- Editors and proofreaders
- English and Hungarian instructors
and many more peers, lecturers, writers, publishers, and dear colleagues, who have contributed to the excellence of Hungarian Translation Services, Co. during the past decades.

Számomra valószínűleg az a legfontosabb, hogy az elmúlt évtizedek során a szüntelenül alakuló, fejlődő, megújuló New York-i és környékbeli magyar közösség befogadott és elismeri a munkám. A kultúrák és az emberek között a kommunikáció jelenti a hidat, az összeköttetést. A fordítás, a tolmácsolás, a tanítás ezt a kommunkációt segíti. Hogy az emberek értsék és megértsék egymást. Célom, hogy ez egyszerű, átlátható és folyamatos legyen. Szükséges ehhez a barátaim, szinkrontolmácspartnereim, fordítótársaim, magyar- és angoltanárok, szerkesztők, ügyvédek, bevándorlási szakértők és más nyelvszolgáltatók kimagasló munkája is. A New York-i Magyar Fordítóiroda sikeres tevékenységéhez ők nagyban hozzájárulnak.
